About us...

Our By-Laws

Lord Road is a private way, not a Wakefield town road.  As a result, the town does not provide surface repair, or winter plowing and sanding.  The Association was formed for the maintenance of Lord Road, to provide safe passage for residents and guests and protection of property along the connecting roadways.
